Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after being placed.
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location:
- USPS: 2–7 business days
- UPS Ground: 5–7 business days
- Expedited shipping: Faster shipping options are available at checkout.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your package directly with the carrier. While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, Mystical Matter is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
