If your package is marked as "delivered" but hasn't arrived, please contact your local post office or UPS for further details.

Please keep in mind: We cannot replace or refund packages marked as "delivered," "in transit," or "arriving late." We do not offer replacements or refunds for items damaged during transit. Filing claims for missing, stolen, or damaged packages is the customer's responsibility and must be done directly with the shipping carrier. Because of the delicate and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. In exceptional cases where a return is approved, a restocking fee will apply, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
