Mystical Matter is an independent metaphysical shop offering crystals, ritual tools, spiritual goods, digital products, and tarot reading services.

We make every effort to accurately represent our products, including their colors, sizes, shapes, and characteristics. However, many of our products are natural, handmade, or one-of-a-kind.

Natural stones and crystals may vary in color, shape, size, texture, inclusions, and markings. These variations are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.

Product images may also appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.

3. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you agree that all information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if there is an issue with inventory, pricing, payment, suspected fraud, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

4. Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after being placed.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location. Shipping estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once an order has been shipped, Mystical Matter is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside of our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because of the delicate and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, all sales are final and Mystical Matter does not accept returns or exchanges, except in exceptional circumstances or when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@mysticalmatter.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.

6. Tarot Readings & Spiritual Services

Tarot readings and other spiritual services offered by Mystical Matter are provided for entertainment, personal reflection, spiritual exploration, and guidance.

Tarot readings are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

You are responsible for your own decisions and actions. Mystical Matter does not guarantee specific outcomes from a tarot reading or spiritual service.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a reading or service at our discretion.

7. Digital Products

Digital products, including ebooks and other downloadable materials, are provided for personal use only.

Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are generally non-refundable once the product has been delivered or accessed, except where required by applicable law.

Digital products may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, resold, shared, or otherwise commercially exploited without written permission from Mystical Matter.
