Refund & Return Policy

Because of the delicate and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, Mystical Matter does not accept returns or exchanges.

All sales are considered final. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@mysticalmatter.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

In exceptional circumstances, a return may be approved at our discretion. If a return is approved, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A restocking fee may also apply.

We are unable to issue refunds for packages that are delayed, lost, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues, while we will do our best to assist where possible.
